Yoga in a greenhouse is ALWAYS a good idea. Girls Morning Out!
Our long awaited Girls morning out event met our dreamiest dreams and more. Cactus and Tropicals located in Draper Utah provided an earthy and relaxing venue. Anyone wanting a moment of transcended peace should check out this greenhouse equipped with water elements, classical music, and the cleanest air you ever did breathe.
We created this Girls Morning Out with Promptly Journals to give the moms out there a morning to relax and enjoy a little girl time sans kids. We were beyond humbled by all the beautiful and kind mamas who came out. Thank you to all who came and for the wonderful feedback--we can't wait to host another event.

Laura the owner of Salis Skin Care taught simple yet powerful tricks to flawless skin. Her organic skincare line not only smells divine but feels heavenly.
And say hello to greenhouse yoga...
Katie from Wise Place Yoga led a slow yet powerful paced class focused on using breathe as a way of connection to the body.
The profound thing about yoga is that anyone can do it. Yoga is more than obtaining the ideal body, its about connection with one's self and ones relationship with others. It literally means "to yoke" or "connect to".
Nothing is better after workout then food, and this breakfast was on POINT. A big shout out to Vive Juicery and Waffle Love for a yummy way to end yoga.
Don't worry we were just freaking out over here about the beyond wonderful swag bags!
